Terms of Service for VOISEN
Last updated: 19.6.2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the VOISEN website, standalone application, VST plugin, and related services made available through voisenvst.com (“VOISEN”). By accessing, downloading, installing, creating an account for, or using VOISEN, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms.
1. Operators
VOISEN is provided by:
Jan Galajda
Czech Republic
Lukáš Kečkéš
Slovak Republic
Contact Email: support@voisenvst.com
These persons are the operators and contracting parties for VOISEN under these Terms.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
- “VOISEN” means the website, standalone application, VST plugin, related software, and associated services made available by the operator.
- “User” means any individual who accesses or uses VOISEN.
- “Account” means a registered user account used to access VOISEN.
- “Subscription” means paid access to VOISEN that is linked to the user’s Patreon membership or another access method expressly approved by the operator.
- “User Content” means any audio files, data, text, files, messages, bug reports, diagnostic logs, screenshots, attachments, or other content uploaded, submitted, transmitted, or processed by the user through VOISEN.
- “Output” means any stems, processed audio, or other results generated by VOISEN from User Content.
3. Eligibility
VOISEN is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using VOISEN, the user represents that they are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. The operator may suspend or terminate access if this requirement is not met.
4. Scope of Service
VOISEN provides audio processing and stem separation tools through a standalone application, and VST plugin. Features, integrations, supported file types, processing quality, technical availability, and system requirements may change over time.
VOISEN is intended for individual users. The service may include normal user access as well as internally invited access for beta users, administrators, or special users.
5. Account Registration and Security
To use certain features of VOISEN, the user may need to create an Account. In some cases, account creation, activation, or access eligibility may depend on successful verification of the user’s Patreon membership status through a Patreon authorization flow initiated by the user on VOISEN. The user must provide accurate information, use their own valid Patreon account where Patreon-based access is required, and keep account credentials secure. The user is responsible for all activity that occurs under the Account and must promptly notify the operator of any suspected unauthorized access or security issue.
The operator may refuse registration, revoke invitations, or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms.
6. Subscription and Access
Access to paid features of VOISEN depends on an active Subscription. At this time, paid access is linked primarily to Patreon membership status. VOISEN may require the user to complete a Patreon verification flow, including Patreon authorization initiated by the user, in order to confirm eligibility to create an account, activate access, or continue using paid features.
Subscription status may be checked during the initial Patreon verification flow and periodically in the background, including approximately once per hour. If a user’s paid Patreon period remains active, access may continue until the end of that paid period. If Patreon indicates that the membership is inactive, expired, unpaid, canceled, unauthorized, or otherwise no longer valid, or if the required Patreon verification cannot be completed, the operator may restrict or disable account creation, account activation, or access to paid features of VOISEN.
Access to VOISEN may also depend on third-party platforms and infrastructure, including Patreon and other hosting, authentication, storage, and processing providers. The operator is not responsible for outages, delays, policy changes, payment issues, or technical failures caused by third-party services.
7. License Grant
Subject to these Terms and continued compliance with them, the operator grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use VOISEN for personal and commercial purposes. This license is granted only for the user’s own lawful use of the service and does not transfer any ownership rights in VOISEN or its underlying software, code, branding, or technology.
8. Device and Account Rules
Unless expressly permitted otherwise by the operator:
- one Account may be used only by one individual user;
- the Account may be used on multiple devices owned or controlled by that same user;
- and account sharing, resale, transfer, sublicensing, or allowing unrelated third parties to use the Account is prohibited.
The user is responsible for maintaining control over devices on which VOISEN is installed or used.
9. Permitted Use of Output
Subject to these Terms, the user may use Output generated through VOISEN for personal or commercial purposes. However, the user is solely responsible for ensuring that they have all rights, licenses, permissions, and legal authority necessary to upload, process, use, distribute, publish, monetize, or otherwise exploit the source material and any resulting Output.
Use of Output is at the user’s own risk. VOISEN does not guarantee that any Output is free from third-party rights claims, technically perfect, suitable for a specific project, or fit for a particular artistic or commercial purpose.
10. User Content Ownership and Service License
The user retains ownership of User Content, subject to any third-party rights that may apply. The operator does not claim ownership of the user’s uploaded audio solely because it is uploaded to VOISEN.
However, by uploading or submitting User Content to VOISEN, the user grants the operator a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, copy, reproduce, transmit, process, adapt, transform, and otherwise use the User Content only to the extent necessary to operate, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, investigate reported issues, improve, and provide VOISEN and its related features, including generating and delivering Output and reviewing bug reports, screenshots, attachments, and diagnostic logs submitted by the user. This license lasts only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service and related operational functions, subject to applicable retention practices.
11. User Content Responsibilities
The user is solely responsible for all User Content uploaded, processed, transmitted, or otherwise used through VOISEN. By using VOISEN, the user represents and warrants that:
- the user owns the User Content or has all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and legal authority to upload and process it through VOISEN;
- the use of the User Content and any Output will not infringe copyright, neighboring rights, trademark rights, privacy rights, contractual rights, or any other rights of a third party;
- the User Content does not violate any applicable law or regulation;
- and the user will not use VOISEN to process unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise prohibited content.
The user should not upload content that they do not have the right to use. If the user uploads content without the necessary rights, that is the user’s responsibility, not the operator’s.
12. Prohibited Conduct
The user must not, and must not assist or encourage others to:
- share Accounts with other people;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, modify, or create derivative works from VOISEN, except where non-waivable law expressly allows it;
- bypass, disable, interfere with, or attempt to circumvent authentication, subscription checks, access controls, security features, or technical restrictions;
- scrape, probe, test, overload, disrupt, attack, or abuse VOISEN or related infrastructure;
- use bots, scripts, or automated methods in a manner that harms the service or violates these Terms;
- use VOISEN to create, train, support, or provide a competing service where such use misappropriates or abuses the service;
- upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or harmful content;
- or use VOISEN in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.
13. Copyright Complaints and Enforcement
If the operator receives a credible complaint that User Content or Output may infringe the rights of a third party, or if the operator reasonably believes that a user has violated these Terms, the operator may investigate the matter and may remove or block content, suspend access, or terminate the relevant Account.
Copyright or rights-related complaints may be sent to support@voisenvst.com.
14. Service Availability and Changes
VOISEN is an evolving service. The operator may update, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of VOISEN, including features, integrations, compatibility, supported formats, or technical methods, at any time.
The operator does not guarantee that VOISEN, any particular feature, or any integration will remain available, unchanged, or supported for any specific period of time.
15. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds relating to paid access obtained through Patreon are handled through Patreon or at the operator’s discretion through the tools made available by Patreon. The operator does not promise refunds outside the extent available through Patreon or required by applicable law.
If the user cancels Patreon membership, access to paid features may continue until the end of the already-paid subscription period reflected by Patreon. After that period, access may be restricted or removed if the Subscription is no longer active.
16. Support and No Service Levels
The operator may provide support for VOISEN, but does not guarantee any minimum support level, response time, resolution time, uptime, availability level, or service level agreement.
17. User Backup Responsibility
The user is responsible for keeping their own copies and backups of User Content and Output. VOISEN is not a backup or archival service. The operator is not responsible for loss of files, data, settings, or Output, except to the extent such responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law.
18. Suspension and Termination
The user may stop using VOISEN at any time and may request Account deletion by contacting support@voisenvst.com.
The operator may suspend or terminate access to VOISEN, with or without notice where reasonably necessary, if the user:
- breaches these Terms;
- engages in fraud, abuse, infringement, security violations, or misuse of the service;
- shares an Account improperly;
- attempts to bypass payment, subscription, or security controls; or
- creates legal, technical, or operational risk for VOISEN or others.
If access is suspended or terminated because of the user’s breach, misuse, or unlawful conduct, the user is not entitled to compensation merely because access was removed for that reason, subject to applicable law.
19. Effect of Termination
Upon suspension or termination, the license granted under these Terms ends to the extent of the affected access. The user must stop using VOISEN except to the extent continued use is expressly permitted.
Sections relating to intellectual property, User Content responsibilities, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law, jurisdiction, and other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect after termination.
20. Intellectual Property Rights
Except for User Content owned by users or third parties, VOISEN and all related software, code, designs, features, names, branding, interfaces, models, processes, and materials are owned by the operator and/or the operator’s licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant the user any ownership rights in VOISEN.
21. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VOISEN is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The operator does not guarantee that VOISEN will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device or system, or that it will produce any particular technical, artistic, or commercial result.
Audio separation and related processing may vary in quality depending on the source material, settings, system environment, and other factors. The operator does not guarantee perfect separation, artifact-free Output, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection or other mandatory law.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, or loss of data arising out of or related to VOISEN, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to VOISEN or these Terms will not exceed the total amount actually paid by the user for access to VOISEN during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
23. User Responsibility for Misuse
The user is responsible for any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the user’s unlawful uploads, infringement of third-party rights, misuse of VOISEN, or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
24. Governing Law
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations related to them are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, excluding conflict-of-law rules, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply.
25. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of VOISEN will be submitted to the competent courts of the Czech Republic, subject to mandatory rules that give consumers rights to bring claims in other courts where applicable law requires it.
26. Changes to These Terms
The operator may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be made available through the website and/or within VOISEN. Continued use of VOISEN after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, unless applicable law requires a different form of notice or consent.
27. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect to the extent possible.
28. No Waiver
Failure by the operator to enforce any provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
29. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and the operator regarding VOISEN and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings relating to the same subject matter, except where additional terms expressly apply.
30. Contact
Questions, support requests, and rights-related complaints regarding these Terms may be sent to support@voisenvst.com.
